"I worked at Thrillist Cons: There is absolutely no growth movement and upper management doesn't care about the hard work you put into the company. They do frequent lay offs and lay off those who are a true asset to the company but keep the most rudest, incompetent and most indolent workers. They are quick to blame others or point fingers for their mistakes and do not own up to anything. CEO for jackthreads has no idea what he is talking about in their meetings and beats around the bush when asked serious questions about the company outlook. Turnover rate is really high so its either you get laid off within a few months or 2-3 years or people are just quitting for a company with better work standards. This place is very clique as well! SO good luck trying to fit in."

"I worked at Thrillist full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Terrible pay and bad leadership"

"Ritz crackers just stopped being savory. Both this time and the last I thought I’d accidentally bought a low sodium version. Not so - these just aren’t as salty as they once were. Not even a single crystal on top. Ritz - You’re done. "

"Package was lost. They first claimed it had been delivered and then changed a few days later. Had to send multiple emails to have this addressed. Ended up being refunded which is fine but I feel like I wasted so much time and effort in the process."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE CORONA. YOU WILL GET HIT WITH DUTIES AND BROKERAGE FEES BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST PART. THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT AN ISSUE AND I RECEIVE THE SAME AUTOMATED/COPY PASTED MESSAGE FROM A DIFFERENT AGENT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'VE SENT OUT LIKE 8 EMAILS SO FAR. THEY HAVE NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THE POS COMPANY THAT THEY ARE JUST SO THEY CAN AVOID ANY AND EVERY ISSUE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT- I REPEAT- DO NOT- ORDER FROM THIS POS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"I tried to order during the ‘BESNAPPY’ promo hours, I have a new bank card and entered one number Incorrectly. Didn’t realise until today (5th August). I tried to call the customer service number which just got more & more ridiculous! I was kept on the phone waiting by one lady for 24 mins (I was thinking the number was a scam and not an authentic asos number at that point) Called back to try and speak to someone else and ended up getting cut off! Called back again and explained everything to someone else, she empathised and spoke to someone, who said they couldn’t let me use the same code, but would be emailing another code to honour the 20%.. Looked at my emails after work and there was no email there.. called again and spoke to a polite & helpful man called Jono, but he told me what he said I should have been told originally - No promo code could be authorised. Really bad customer service and a real waste of my time. As a loyal customer who actually pays more for premier service I am utterly dissatisfied."
